Activity: Gainsight has planned a scheduled deployment of the MDA (Backend Services) Monthly Release. During this release window, Rules Engine and Data Processor queues will be in a hold state intermittently for approximately 3 hours.  Activity and Timeline feature will be inaccessible for approximately 1 hour during the maintenance window.

This deployment is within MDA Backend Services to support the upcoming GAINSIGHT release. Details are available at:

Data Ingestion Queue - MDA: NO IMPACT

Activity & Timeline - Inaccessible for about 1 Hour.
Gainsight Application - Reports or Data may not render in UI  intermittently
