Between 11:10 AM and 11:45 AM UTC on 20th July 2020, a subset of customers had experienced Intermittent UI errors while loading reports or dashboards in Gainsight. The issue was identified as service degradation of a backend infrastructure component which was resolved immediately. Backend processing was not impacted.

We are taking further actions to prevent this from repeating and apologize for the inconvenience caused
