Activity: Gainsight has planned a scheduled deployment of MDA (Backend Services) as Monthly Release. During this release window, Rules Engine and Data Processor Queues will be in hold state intermittently for about 2 Hour.   

This deployment is in MDA Backend Services to support upcoming GAINSIGHT Release. Details are available at

Queues Hold Time: 2 Hour

Gainsight Application - SFDC: NO IMPACT    
Data Ingestion Queue - MDA: NO IMPACT    
Data Processor Queue - MDA: Delay of 2 Hours anticipated.  
Rules Engine Queue - MDA: Delay of 2 Hours anticipated.
