CS-US1 - Retrospective: Isolated Rule Delays

We have received reports of delays in rules executions for a subset of customers. Initial impact started around 6:00 AM UTC on the 27th of July. The source of this delay has been identified and addressed. However it can take some time for the queues to catch up.
The issue is now resolved and we will continue to monitor closely.
