Activity: Gainsight has planned a scheduled deployment of the EU & US2 Region Backend Services - Major Release. During this release window, Rules Engine and Data Processor queues will be in a hold state intermittently for approximately 2 hours.

Impact Details: EU & US2 PRODUCTION Environment
Data Ingestion Queue - NO IMPACT
Data Processor Queue - Delay of 2 Hours anticipated.
Rules Engine Queue - Delay of 2 Hours anticipated.
Gainsight Application - Users may not be able to login, Reports or Data may not render in UI intermittently
