Activity: Gainsight has planned a scheduled deployment of the EU & US2 Region Backend Services - Major Release. During this release window, Rules Engine and Data Processor queues will be in a hold state intermittently for approximately 2 hours.
This deployment is within Backend Services to support the upcoming GAINSIGHT release. To learn more about timing, frequency, and impact of releases, refer to NXT Release Process or SFDC Release Process at following links.
