Activity:
Gainsight will be performing an emergency infrastructure maintenance. During this maintenance, users may not be able to login, Data Stores may not be accessible, Rules Engine and Data Processor queues will be in a hold state intermittently for approximately 2 hours. Soon after the maintenance, all functionality will return to normal.


Queues Hold Time: 2 Hours
Impact Details: CS - EU PRODUCTION Environment
Data Ingestion Queue - Delay of 2 Hours anticipated
Data Processor Queue - Delay of 2 Hours anticipated
Rules Engine Queue - Delay of 2 Hours anticipated
Gainsight Application : Users may not be able to login, Reports or Data may not render in UI intermittently
