Activity: Gainsight has planned scheduled maintenance of Backend Infrastructure. During this maintenance Rules Engine Queue will be in hold state intermittently. Soon after the maintenance, all functionality will return to normal.

This maintenance is to update backend Infrastructure.

Queues Hold Time: 2 Hours

Data Processor Queue : Delay of 2 Hours anticipated.
